7.Install New Bearing: Apply a small amount of high-temperature grease to the contact surfaces of the new release bearing. Install it onto the release fork with the correct orientation.
8.Reassemble Components: Carefully reassemble the clutch components, including the pressure plate, making sure the bearing is properly seated.
9.Tighten Pressure Plate: Gradually tighten the pressure plate bolts in a crisscross pattern to ensure even pressure distribution.
10.Reattach Housing Cover: Reattach the transmission housing cover, securing it properly.
11.Reconnect Battery: Reconnect the negative terminal of the battery.
12.Test Engagement: Start the engine and test the clutch engagement and disengagement. Ensure smooth operation.
