4. Install the new tensioner pulley into its bracket, ensuring alignment with the drive belt.

5. Gradually tighten the adjustment screw to secure the tensioner pulley under the appropriate tension.

6. Use the specified torque to ensure the screw is fastened to the prescribed specifications.

7. Verify that the tensioner pulley is not warped or misaligned during installation and can rotate freely.
